Dear Members, 

We will be adding a Friday night judo class to our competition program.

We are hoping to stick to a 7:00pm start time but may have to change that due to instructor commitments and traffic conditions.

This class is available for members aged 10 and up that have an orange belt or by invitation. We will work on conditioning strength and developing technique and scoring power.

We reserve the right to cancel the competition class if the number of registrants is less than 8

Sessions will not be held on holiday Fridays. Sessions will not be held on the evening before camps or tournaments
